Check the date that was selected by the original sender and check your spam/junk folder as it may end up in there! To prevent this from occurring in the future, you can add ecard(at)wirralcharitypost.org to your contacts.
Unfortunately, our eCards can only be sent to full email addresses. If the email address was entered incorrectly, we cannot correct this once the order has been submitted. You can however send a new eCard with the revised details.

With our eCards Scheme, you can send a card from anywhere to anywhere! This year, we are not just limited to the Wirral Borders!
Our eCards are scheduled to send once per hour on the day selected when it was added to the basket. If the day for the card to be delivered was in the future, the eCard will be sent around 1am – 2am. If the eCard was selected to be delivered on the same day of purchase, it will be sent on the next hour.
