As shown in the image, we deliver the post across the Wirral Peninsula up to and including Eastham, Hooton, Willaston and Puddington. All post must have a Wirral Charity Post Stamp affixed to the envelope prior to posting. We do not process any post with a destination beyond this boundary, if this is the case, the post will be sent to the Royal Mail at which the recipient will be charged the delivery fee.
We aim to deliver at weekends and our final deliveries will be made over the weekend of the 19th and 20th December. All deliveries are made by the Scout and Guide Young People and Adult Volunteers and therefore delivery times will vary.
Our post boxes close from Midday on Wednesday 16th December to enable our volunteers to sort the mail ready for the weekend delivery. (Some locations, such as Libraries, may be closed on a Wednesday. In that circumstance the post box will be closed and removed at noon on Tuesday 15th December.)
Any post that cannot be delivered will be returned to our sorting offices and re-sorted.
If your post was not delivered, please use the Contact Us form as we keep undelivered post for a short period after Christmas.
